The Well Necessities brand is about sharing real, science-based nutrition information with women and men (mostly women) in their 20s, 30s and 40s. The audience craves useful, easily digestible information, tips and tools for leading a healthier life not based around fad diets or trends. The Well Necessities aims to educate, inspire and empower people to live well without guilt, judgement or fear. Lisa works with individuals, small groups and on a mass scale using her voice on social media to share the secret behind true wellness … it’s about eating real and being mindful.
